responsive staff & beachfront hotel. they made my stay best. liked the airy standard apartment with an english design. i admired absolutely fabulous views from the window. set close to bars and restaurants, it was a plus. excellent service throughout the venue.

We appreciated our delightful stay there a lot. Helpful service, quiet atmosphere, tastefully decorated rooms and traditional breakfast. Awesome view, a little balcony, quiet bed, too. Restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced.

Everything was fine, helpful staff, unbeatable location so close to town hall and Casino and Hagley Park and City centre. The service was great, no reason to complain, it was just what we needed. Reception was very pleasant.

Cool staff, lovely location, exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. Impeccable room, immaculate. There was a bright restaurant, shops and supermarket next door. Fairly clean hotel and fantastic service. Unique venue, great value for money.
